By browsing, accessing, or placing an order through the Packvireo website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Packvireo’s custom packaging and printing services.
2. SMS / MMS Communications
When you place an order or sign up for Packvireo services, you may consent to receive SMS or MMS messages related to order updates, promotions, or service notifications. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. For assistance, reply “HELP”. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
3. Privacy Policy
Packvireo values your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes how we collect, use, protect, and store your data, as well as your rights regarding personal information. Use of our website indicates acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
4. Data Protection & Sharing
Packvireo does not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including mobile numbers, with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your data is used strictly for order fulfillment, customer support, and service improvement.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, including text, images, graphics, designs, logos, and layout, is the exclusive property of Packvireo. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited without written permission.
6. Customer-Provided Content & Legal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content, artwork, designs, logos, or text submitted for use on your packaging products. You confirm that you own or have legal authorization to use all submitted materials and that such content does not violate any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of third parties.
By placing an order, you warrant that your submitted content is lawful and does not contain defamatory, offensive, or illegal material. Packvireo is not liable for any legal claims arising from customer-supplied content.
7. Design Files & Artwork Approval
Customers must follow Packvireo’s design and artwork submission guidelines to ensure accurate production. Proofs may be provided for approval prior to printing. Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts full responsibility for all content, including spelling, grammar, layout, sizing, colors, and image placement.
Due to variations in screen displays, printers, inks, and materials, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
8. Refund & Reprint Policy
Packvireo does not offer refunds on custom packaging orders. Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in original condition.
Reprints may be offered at Packvireo’s discretion only if the error is directly caused by Packvireo and verified after review. Requests submitted after the claim period will not be accepted.
9. Payments, Orders & Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Customers must approve final designs before production begins. Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations requested after this period will not be accepted, and customers may be liable for production or material costs already incurred.
10. Disclaimer for Production Errors
Packvireo is not responsible for errors present in customer-approved proofs, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, missing fonts, incorrect dimensions, bleed issues, die lines, crop marks, or overprints. By approving a proof, you accept it as final.
11. Production, Shipping & Delivery
Production timelines are selected during checkout. Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. Packvireo is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
Once an order is shipped, responsibility for transit issues lies with the carrier.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packvireo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or products. Packvireo’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Packvireo, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of services, or submission of unlawful or infringing content.
14. Policy Updates & Modifications
Packvireo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
