Returns & Replacements Policy

At Packvireo, we take pride in delivering premium customized packaging solutions across the UK. Because our products are bespoke and custom-made to your specific requirements, they cannot be resold. Therefore, our returns policy is strictly limited to transit damage or manufacturing discrepancies.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We maintain a strict Replacement-Only Policy for customized orders. Returns are only considered under the following two conditions:

Manufacturing & Printing Errors: If the final product deviates significantly from the approved digital proof.

Transit Damage: If the packaging arrives in a condition that renders it unusable.

2. The 3-Day Notification Window

To maintain our quality standards, we require immediate notification of any issues.

Timeframe: You must report any damages or printing errors within 3 business days of delivery.

Late Claims: Notifications received after this 3-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a replacement or claim.

3. How to Initiate a Claim

To ensure a swift resolution, please follow these steps:

Email Us: Send a claim request to contact@packvireo.com

Required Details: Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and high-resolution photographs showing the damage or printing error.

Wait for Authorization: Our quality control team will review your claim. Do not return items until you have received written authorization and instructions from our team.

4. Our Replacement Process

No Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed packaging, we do not offer monetary refunds.

Resolution: Once a printing error or damage is verified, we will prioritize a reprint and replacement of the affected items at no additional cost to you.

Unauthorized Returns: Any goods sent back to our Manchester warehouse without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

5. Order Cancellations

As we specialize in made-to-order packaging, cancellations cannot be accepted once the production process has commenced. Please double-check all artwork and specifications before finalizing your order.
